PSU power boost feature meets high power industrial start up requirements

Delta now offer a 300W unit to their PJB series which is available now from Luso Electronics. The device provides a power boost of 200% for 10 seconds. This reserve power provides for reliable startup of electromechanical loads including motors, pumps and actuators, therefore removing the requirement for a higher power rated power supply, which is commonly bigger in size and more expensive.

The PJB-24V300W provides the same features as for the rest of the range and is a 24V 300W PSU.

It includes a built-in active PFC up to 0.99 and fulfils Harmonic Current Emission requirements according to IEC/EN 61000-3-2. Other features incorporate low leakage and inrush current. There is further conformal coating on the PCBAs to give protection against dust and chemical pollutants.

The product is certified for EMI standards according to EN 55032 and EMS according to IEC 61000-6-2. The product conforms to important international safety standards according to IEC 60950-1/62368-1 standards and are fully compliant with RoHS Directive EU/2015/863 for environmental protection.
