Expanded line up of N-channel MOSFET for general purposes

Torex Semiconductor has launched two new products of its XP22x series (20 Withstand Voltage) for MOSFET.

The new products are general-purpose MOSFET with low on-resistance and high-speed switching. These devices can be employed for various applications such as relay circuits and switching circuits. The gate protection diode is built-in as static protection.

The series are supplied in compact SOT-523 (1.6mm x 1.6mm x h 0.9mm), SOT-723 (1.2mm x 1.2mm x h 0.5mm) package which contributes to space saving.
