Condition monitoring sensors detect multiple physical variables

The Balluff condition monitoring sensors detect various physical variables such as vibration, temperature, relative humidity and barometric pressure, processes them. It then provides the desired data to a host system via IO-Link. The standardised IO-Link protocol indicates you can easily parameterise the sensors and match the processing in the sensor to your specific application.

The process data structure permits up to five measured or pre-processed data to be freely configured and cyclically transmitted.

The sensors detect vibration at frequency range 2-200Hz. The vibration velocity measuring range covers RMS 0-220 mm/s @79.4 Hz, and vibration acceleration, measuring range is RMS 0-16g.
