Connector savers available now for testing purposes

Cinch Connectivity Solutions has released its Dura-con Connector Savers. The devices are employed as a testing interface to lower damage to installed micro-d interconnects through routine systems tests.

The devices are utilised in between production components, for testing purposes. The connector savers contain a plug and socket on either end so that the repeated insertions and withdrawals on the contacts are minimised enhancing the durability of the interconnect. They are employed to validate an assembled harness or circuit board after production and throughout the testing of new designs. The devices can be found wherever high volumes of micro-ds and M83513s are installed.
