The Broadcom ASM6 LED series, a proliferation from the earlier ASM3 series, available now from RS Components, is the latest high-power LED development edition. While maintaining a similar 3535 footprint, the ASM6 series exhibits higher lumen output and displays a better cost per lumen ratio. This new family is energy efficient and adapts good heat sink properties. It is also excellent in package robustness and has greater product longevity with its silicone encapsulation.
Offered in a high-reliability package with enhanced silicone resin encapsulation, it is available in Far Red, Deep Red, Red, Royal Blue and Green colours. The LEDS are available with 90-degree and 130-degree viewing angles. They are compatible with the reflow soldering process and are JEDEC MSL1.
The LEDs are ideal for horticulture lighting, commercial lighting, architecture lighting, and speciality lighting applications.
