The Wurth Elektronik WR-FFC folding flat flexible cable, available now from RS Components, achieves secure, lightweight, low profile, high-density space-saving board to board connections. It is lightweight and has a high flexibility rating with a flexing test of 180-degrees >20 times.
The cable provides an operating temperature from -30C up to +105C. The durability offers 20 mating cycles. Contact resistance is 20mOhm, and the flammability rating is according to UL SUB.758.
The cable is supplied in lengths covering 200mm to 500mm, with 1m pitch.
