AC/DC power supplies for industrial, automation and ITE markets

Traco Power has released its new TPI 300 series of 300W high-density AC/DC power supplies offered in two packages, a conduction-cooled baseplate or fully enclosed with fan. Created for a broad range of OEM, Embedded and Industrial applications where long-term reliability is crucial and space is limited.

The TPI 300L-M open-frame, baseplate models measure 2.44" x 4.6" x 1.56” and the TPI 300-M enclosed with fan models 2.44" x 4.6" x 2.32”. The devices offer efficiencies of 91-93%, model dependent, with 360W peak load power up to five seconds. Forced air colling offers 300W continuous power and up to 180W continuous power with conduction and convection cooling. They function across operating temperature range from -40C and up to +85C. They meet the approvals of IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 (Class I & Class II) and Class B EMC compliance EN55032 & FCC Part 15 .

Employing high quality components and high efficiency topologies allows wide operating temperatures and high reliability more than one million hours MTBF (MIL-HDBK-217F, ground benign) and supported by the company’s three-year warranty.
