New CAT III hook clip enhances testing needs

Cal Test Electronics introduces a new Hook Clip to further enhance users' testing needs. Offered either individually (CT4466-#) or as a black and red pair (CT4467), these rugged hook clips are rated to 1,000V CAT III, 5A, when used in conjunction with similarly rated 4mm sheathed banana plug leads.

The hook clip easily connects to the 4mm sheathed banana plug leads of DMMs, differential probes, or other similar types of equipment.

The plunger-style actuation enables quick connections while permitting limited exposed contacts, lowering unintentional shorts. The hook can accommodate conductors up to 2.5mm in diameter.

At around 5" (12.6cm) long, the clip provides users with the reach you want plus sizing required to safely meet 1000V CAT III but is still compact enough for those small, hard-to-reach circuits.
