BLE modules for wide spectrum of next-gen IoT applications

Mouser now stocks the AIROC CYW20835 modules from Infineon Technologies. Part of its AIROC Bluetooth Low Energy portfolio, these fully certified, programmable RF modules provide outstanding long-range Bluetooth Low Energy wireless connectivity while reducing overall device footprint, external components and cost.

The modules focus on the SoC, which features a highly integrated 96 MHz Arm Cortex-M4 processor with a floating-point unit, multiple serial interfaces, PWMs, and more. Along with the SoC, each module also comprises 512KB of on-module serial flash memory, up to 24 GPIOs and a 24MHz crystal oscillator. These Bluetooth 5.0 qualified modules are certified to FCC, ISED, MIC, and CE regulations and provide a maximum transmit power of +12dBm and a receive sensitivity of -94.5dBm for Bluetooth Low Energy.

The modules are ideal for a broad spectrum of applications, including home automation, sensors (medical, security, and industrial), lighting, and IoT designs.
