Mouser now stocks ScioSense's ENS21x digital humidity and temperature sensors. The sensors provide ultra-accurate sensing, including temperature measurements accurate to ±0.1C and relative humidity measurements accurate to ±0.8%RH. The sensor family delivers measurements tailored to building automation, smart homes, instrumentation, and IoT devices, among other applications.

The digital humidity and temperature sensors offer a wide sensing range, accurately measuring temperatures from -40C to 125C and relative humidity from 0% to 100%. The sensors are excellent for energy-critical designs, automatically entering low-power standby mode when inactive, with a standby current of just 40nA. Also, the sensors feature an I2C interface for efficient communication with an external host processor.

The sensors are housed in a compact 2mm2 × 0.75mm QFN4 package, allowing easy integration into wearables, mobile technology, and other space-constrained devices. The sensors come with pre-calibrated Kelvin and relative humidity outputs, allowing precise readings from the first use.
