Saelig Company, Inc. has introduced the Siglent SDS7604A H12 6GHz High-Resolution Oscilloscope. It has 12-bit resolution, 1Gpt memory depth per channel, and a sample rate of up to 20GSa/s. The device is matched with a large 15.6’’ HD display capacitive touch screen. It combines low noise, high DC gain accuracy, and >60dB channel-channel isolation.

This new member of the SDS7000A series employs Siglent’s SPO technology with a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 1,000,000 wfms/s, 256-level intensity grading display function, and a colour temperature display mode. It also employs an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter. This trigger system supports multiple powerful triggering modes, including serial bus decode triggering. Tools such as History waveform recording, Search and Navigate functions, Signal Scan, Mask Test, Bode Plot, Power Analysis, Eye/Jitter Analysis and Compliance Test are provided to permit for extended waveform records to be captured, stored, and analysed.

Automatic measurements are provided for more than 50 parameters, supporting statistics with histogram, track, and trend, etc. An impressive array of measurement and math capabilities combine with sophisticated serial decoding. Search and Navigate functions add to Signal Scan, Mask Test, Bode Plot, Power Analysis, Eye/Jitter Analysis and Compliance Test analysis. The Zone Trigger system simplifies advanced bus triggering and decoding for a wide range of protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I2S, MIL-STD1553B, SENT, Manchester, ARINC429, etc.

The device is ideal for high-performance mixed signal analysis, capable of displaying up to four analog channels and, optionally, 16 digital channels. Further features of the oscilloscope include an impressive array of measurement and math capabilities and an option for a 50MHz arbitrary waveform generator. The large HD display capacitive touch screen supports multi-touch gestures and a user-friendly UI design, which can significantly improve the scope’s operational efficiency. It also supports mouse input and remote web control over LAN.

The SDS7604A 12-bit 6GHz oscilloscope further enhances Siglent’s high-resolution and high-sampling rate digital oscilloscope product line, widely used in embedded design, automotive electronics, and related fields.
