High-efficiency solar inverters released

10-12-2024 | Delta | Power

Delta reveals its high-performance M225HV and M350HV solar inverters at Energaia 2024. The inverters support up to 1500VDC and 800VAC and achieve a peak efficiency of 99%. They are created to maximise energy output, featuring 8 or 12 MPPT trackers, a maximum current of 40A per MPPT tracker, and integrated PLC modules for easy connection to monitoring systems and decreased cabling costs.

Commenting on Delta’s innovative solar solutions, Andreas Hoischen, senior director of the Photovoltaic Inverters Business Unit at Delta EMEA, said: “As we shift towards renewable energy, large ground-mounted solar plants play an essential role in replacing traditional power stations. Our M225HV and M350HV inverters provide the performance, flexibility, and advanced monitoring needed for today’s PV systems. With features such as 8 to 12 MPPTs and a wide voltage range, these models offer high efficiency, safety, and ease of use. We look forward to presenting these solutions at Energaia 2024.”

The solar inverters are designed to fulfil the demands of large-scale solar parks with complex layouts. Key performance and safety features include a dedicated AC Wiring Box providing ease of handling and installation flexibility and a built-in Waveform Recorder that simplifies maintenance and troubleshooting, enabling efficient operational management. It offers advanced Safety Mechanisms, including anti-PID (Potential Induced Degradation), reverse polarity protection, and arc detection for robust operational safety. The integrated PLC Interface enhances operational efficiency by allowing real-time data transmission and system monitoring with Delta’s PLC100 converter.

The company will also present its M100A Flex inverter, tailored for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications needing versatile rooftop solutions. This model supports wall and floor mounting, offering flexibility for complex C&I rooftop configurations. Key features of the M100A Flex include comprehensive Safety Protections, Enhanced Monitoring and Commissioning, seamless Connectivity, and optimised Design for C&I Installations.

Delta will be at Energaia 2024, Hall B2, Booth E06, from December 11 to 12, where it will demonstrate its products and discuss its expertise with company experts.
