Delta is participating in Advanced Factories 2025, showcasing a suite of advanced automation solutions created to drive efficiency, safety, and innovation in the Iberian market. Under the theme 'Empowering Intelligent Automation for a Sustainable Future', the company will highlight its award-winning D-Bot Series Cobots, the advanced EB3000 Elevator Drives, and the feature-rich DOP-300 Series HMI, among other innovative products.
"The future of manufacturing is intelligent, connected, and sustainable. At Advanced Factories 2025, Delta will showcase the technologies that are making that future a reality for the Iberian market, demonstrating how our comprehensive solutions address the critical needs of automation, safety, and sustainability, empowering businesses to achieve unprecedented levels of performance and efficiency," said Jose Pedro Gutierrez, country manager Spain, Industrial Automation Business Group, Delta Electronics EMEA.
The company will showcase its D-Bot Series Cobots, recipients of the 2025 German Design Award and 2024 Red Dot Design Award. These versatile Cobots, obtainable in six models (D-Bot 6-30), offer payload capacities ranging from 6kg to 30kg and reach spans up to 1800mm. With six axes, they deliver speeds up to 200°/second, making them perfect for precision tasks such as pick and place, welding, and palletising. The integration of 24-bit encoders ensures outstanding precision, while compatibility with EtherCAT, Modbus, and CODESYS facilitates seamless integration into existing industrial environments.
Designed for safety and ease of use, the series features IP66 protection and 'Reflex Safety' to ensure a secure workspace. The 'Plug and Play' setup and intuitive programming options, including drag-and-drop, Python, ROS 1, and C++, simplify operation for users of all skill levels. A modern GUI with 3D visualisation and an integrated HMI panel further improve usability. Key features include the range of D-Bot 6-30 models, high accuracy, versatile integration options, robust safety features, and simplified programming.
The company will feature its new EB3000 series elevator drives, which are created for safety and compact installation across all building types, including machine-room (MR) and machine-room-less (MRL). Ideal for new elevator installations and modernisation, the EB3000 drives achieve Safe Torque Off (STO) SIL3 (Contactor-less) and comply with EN81-20 and EN81-50 standards. The series is designed to be very compact (a 7.5kW size can fit within the dimensions of an A4 sheet), making it excellent for tight space at MRL. Available in different sizes, single phase and three phase versions, up to 18.5kW, including key features such as integrated STO SIL3 and CANlift, eliminating the need for two contactors and supporting several motor types. The drives also support CANopen Lift CiA 417, Modbus, and various motor encoders (EnDat 2.2, SSI, BiSS-C) to fit diverse applications. Direct landing and precise torque control enhance passenger comfort with smooth, accurate and vibration-free rides while trapping prevention and a data logger improve safety and maintenance efficiency. The series also delivers optimised cost and maintenance expenses with a mobile app via Bluetooth and wireless commissioning, monitoring and troubleshooting, reducing the total cost of ownership.
The company's new HMI DOP-300S Series is designed for advanced control and monitoring in smart production and Industry 4.0 environments. Available in 7" and 10" screen sizes with optional Wi-Fi and 4G LTE connectivity, the series provides OEMs and system integrators with the secure connectivity needed for IIoT applications. Furnished with dual Ethernet ports and a dual-core ARM processor, the series facilitates smooth operation and allows remote monitoring and troubleshooting from anywhere, reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency. The series also has built-in SCADA features, enabling data visualisation and remote monitoring. This HMI solution supports multiple PLC and communication protocols, providing a scalable, future-proof interface for European manufacturers with cloud-based visualisation and data storage capabilities.
Delta invites attendees to Advanced Factories 2025, Pavilion 4, Stand 4D440, from 8-10 April 2025.
