Environmental sensor line broadened with new analog and digital pressure sensors

04-04-2025 | Bourns | Test & Measurement

Bourns, Inc. has widened its environmental sensor product line with two new pressure sensor series. The Bourns BPS160 Series Analog Pressure Sensors and the BPS170 Series Digital Pressure Sensors are created to deliver superior performance in ultra-low pressure sensing applications. Both series provide an extensive (-14.5 to 14.5) PSI range, making them ideal for a wider variety of applications, including medium/low risk medical equipment, white goods, industrial P/I, and process control systems.

Available in a compact, surface-mount package, the two pressure sensors series facilitates design flexibility for digital systems and provides compensated plug-and-play that helps decrease development time. Designed with dual horizontal ports, 13-bit DAC resolution, and an operating temperature range of -20C to 100C, the company's latest gauge sensors deliver outstanding linearity for consistent measurement across various environmental conditions.

Both the BPS160 Series analog and BPS170 Series digital pressure sensors are now available and are RoHS compliant.
